3 Easy Easter Brunch Cocktails

I have been loving finding seasonal drink recipes to share with you all! I always love a good brunch cocktail, and why not celebrate with them on Easter? Keep reading for three of my favorite brunch cocktails!

CARROT MIMOSAS

These carrot mimosas are the perfect easter brunch cocktail! Made with carrot juice and champagne, what else do you need? I prefer to make mine with mostly orange juice with a subtle carrot taste, but these could definitely be made with equal parts carrot juice and Prosecco if you would prefer!

  • 1/2 cup Prosecco

  • 2 oz Orange Juice

  • 1 oz Carrot Juice

  • Carrot Top, for garnish

THE NAUGHTY PEEP

I love these naughty peep cocktails, because they really do taste like a blue peep! These are made with marshmallow vodka, but whipped vodka is just as good (and normally easier to find at the liquor store!).

  • 1 oz Marshmallow Vodka

  • 1 oz Blue Curacao

  • 1/2 Lemon

  • 4 oz Sprite

  • Blue Peep, for garnish

JELLYBEAN MARGARITA

These jellybean margaritas are a crowd pleaser, and so fun to make for this time of year! I love tossing in a few jellybeans for fun, too!

  • 1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice

  • 1 oz Orange Juice

  • 1 oz Tequila

  • 1/2 oz Sweet and Sour Mix

  • Jellybeans, for garnish
