Looking for a delicious grilling recipe after a day in the sun? This easy and convenient steak orzo recipe is for you! It’s seriously sooo good, always on our meal rotation!

what you’ll need -
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup dry orzo pasta
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
3 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cups spinach
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 lemon
Burrata

for the steak -
2 steak
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp butter

Instructions -

1. Remove steaks from the fridge for an hour before grilling to allow them to come to room temperature.

2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.

3. Heat your grill to 400 degrees, oiling the grill grates. Place steaks on grill and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until steak is cooked to your preference.

4. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

5. preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

6. In a large skillet, add the butter, garlic, and orzo, cooking until golden, 2-3 minutes. Add the wine to de-glaze the pan. Then add beef broth and bring to a boil to cook for 3-5 minutes. Then add the heavy cream, mustard, parmesan, spinach, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes, and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the spinach has wilted. Add steak to the skillet and stir to combine.

4. Place the uncovered pan into the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice before serving.

Enjoy!
