Loaded Veggie Fries
Today we made loaded veggie fries for a quick dinner - and they turned out so good! There’s no wrong way to make loaded fries, but I’m sharing my favorite veggie recipe below! Enjoy!
LOADED VEGGIE FRIES
What you’ll need…
Your favorite fries, frozen or homemade and seasoned with paprika and sea salt
sliced roasted red peppers
sliced jalapeño peppers
cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
avocado, stoned and sliced
tomato, roughly chopped
red onion, finely chopped
sour cream
lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
Make fries according to recipe. Prepare other ingredients and assemble! Enjoy!
