Melted Snowman Bark

I am a huge sucker for themed desserts, especially ones that are fun to make with my kids! Melted Snowman Bark is such a fun winter treat to make that is mama-approved for easiness. Plus, you and your kiddos can get creative with it and make each batch different, depending on what you have on hand. Below, I’m sharing two different ways to create a Melted Snowman Bark that everyone will love this season!

Greek Yogurt Melted Snowman Bark

What you’ll need

  • 1 large container of greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Mini PB cups - cut in half

  • Candy eyes

  • Small pretzel sticks - broken into long pieces

  • Orange sprinkles

Directions

  1. Stir together the greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  2. Place the peanut butter cups for the hat, candy eyes, raisins for the buttons, pretzel sticks for arms, and orange sprinkles for the nose.

  3. Freeze until solid and break into pieces.

  4. Eat & enjoy!!

Chocolate Melted Snowman Bark

What you’ll need…

  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips

  • Small pretzel sticks - broken into long pieces

  • Milk chocolate chips

  • Red and green M&Ms

  • Mini PB cups - cut in half

  • Orange gumdrops - cut into small triangles

Directions

  1. Melt the entire bag of white chocolate chips in short increments, making sure not to burn the chocolate. Spread the melted chocolate onto a large rectangle baking sheet with parchment paper down.

  2. Work quickly to place the snowman pieces around the sheet. Use the milk chocolate chips for eyes, pretzel sticks for arms, M&M’s for buttons, halved mini PB cups for the hat, and gumdrop slices for the nose. Remember that your snowman is melting, so don’t place everything in a straight line!

  3. Let the chocolate bark set and cool in the refrigerator. Break it apart with your hands or use a knife to cut it into large chunks, making sure you get each piece of the snowman on the chunk.

  4. Eat & enjoy!!
