Prenatals are very important to me. Before I was pregnant with Aimery, I started taking Nature Made® Prenatal Multi + DHA vitamins from Sam's Club to prepare for my pregnancy. I took them throughout my pregnancy and continued to take them while I was nursing! Now that it has been about a year since I stopped nursing Aimery, I have gotten out of the habit of taking daily vitamins. One of my new year resolutions is to focus on my health -- and one way is by taking Nature Made® Prenatal vitamins again!

I would recommend Nature Made® Prenatal Multi + DHA vitamin's to every women pregnant, looking to become pregnant, or during her time postpartum! You can pick them up at your local Sam's Club. Here are a few other things that are important to keep in mind while trying to get pregnant:

  • Start switching your diet to a healthier lifestyle - it's important to remember that while you're trying to get pregnant, you're not only going to be feeding yourself, but you're also going to be feeding your baby! Start now by changing the foods in your pantry with healthier options to prepare for a healthy pregnancy.
  • Exercising regularly - Before getting pregnant, it's important to start an exercise routine so you can stay healthy throughout your pregnancy! It's so much easier to continue to work out while you're pregnant if you start beforehand.
  • Visit your doctor - Make sure to schedule an appointment with your OBGYN to get a prenatal check up and discuss getting pregnant!
