Turkey Bacon Ranch Pinwheels

Can you believe that back to school is here already? I can’t believe I’m typing these words because I seriously feel like the summer just flew by so fast. Where did the time go?! I’m not complaining though because that means my pregnancy flew by super quick! I can’t believe baby girl will be here so soon, but you all know that by now. While our summer did look a little different this year, we were able to make the most of it together as a family of three. We all had to make tough parenting decisions over the last few months on how our children will be going back to school this year, whether in-class, virtually, or from home! Every family situation is different so I truly hope you were able to make the right decision for your family. Something we all do have in common is looking for creative ways to make lunches for our kids.
Sometimes it’s challenging for us to find meals that Aimery will eat because he is a picky eater, so I’ve resorted to doing a lot of research on meals for kids. I’ve been obsessed with TikTok lately (I know you all are too) and have been very inspired after seeing all of the creative school lunches people make. I got some really great ideas from other moms on various platforms who have picky eaters as well so that’s been super helpful for our struggles with Aims.
TURKEY BACON RANCH PINWHEELS
These days, Aimery's favorite lunches have been these Turkey Bacon Ranch Pinwheels, made with Oscar Mayer Natural Oven Roasted Turkey Breast and Bacon! We make them all the time and they’re super quick and delicious. They’re for sure a go-to for Aims and since he loves them, I deliver! Keep reading to compile your next grocery list and learn how to make this super easy lunch.
INGREDIENTS
1 package of Oscar Mayer Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp ranch mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp milk
¾ cup cooked Oscar Mayer Natural bacon, chopped
4 large burrito tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch mix, cheddar cheese, milk, and bacon until combined.
Next, spread ¼ of the cheese mixture on each tortilla evenly. Add 4-5 slices of turkey breast on top of the cheese mixture.
Gently roll up each tortilla so it’s tight enough to keep shape while holding together the cheese mixture and turkey breast.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting 1 inch slices.
Enjoy!
