Putting a few drops of tea tree oil in your bath can help prevent UTIs! When used regularly, Tea Tree oil reduces inflammation and kills the fungus that causes UTIs.

Caffeine has been known to irritate the bladder and worsen infection symptoms. If you are prone to UTIs, try reducing your caffeine intake by switching out your morning cup of coffee with a non caffeinated herbal tea!

WEAR LOOSE FITTING CLOTHES

Although we all love a good pair of skinny jeans or leggings (even better!) if you are looking to prevent UTIs, you may want to switch up your wardrobe with more loose fitting clothes. Wearing tight clothes can trap moisture and heat, which can make you more likely to have an infection!
