Spiked Caramel Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
Two years ago, I created one of my favorite coffee recipes that I still make to this day. The Caramel Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew on it’s own? Amazing. The Caramel Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew spiked? Even better! Here’s how I make it:
Ingredients:
1/4 c heavy cream
2 tbsp pumpkin pie mix
Sweetened cold brew coffee
1½ oz Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka
Ice
Pumpkin pie spice for garnish
Directions:
Add heavy cream and pumpkin mix to a cold bowl. Whip and set aside.
Add ice to a tall glass.
Pour cold brew almost 3/4 of the way. If you’re using a cold brew concentrate, remember to combine both concentrate and water to get to the right mix.
Add 1 shot of Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka. (add more or less depending on how strong you like your drink!) Stir.
Top with cream and pumpkin pie spice!
