Blueberry Orange Overnight Oats
This blood orange overnight oats recipe is so quick and easy, and perfect for the breakfast on the go. Made with just five ingredients, it’s also easy to customize and use up the leftover produce in your fridge! We have been loving blood oranges lately, so I couldn’t think of a better way to use up our costco-sized bag then to try them in overnight oats, and they did not disappoint! What you’ll need -
1 1/2 cups Oats, old fashioned
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 cup blood orange, freshly juiced
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp honey (optional)
Toppings: chopped almonds, pistachios, blood orange slices, blueberries, honey
Instructions -
Begin by pouring the oats and chia seeds to a medium bowl. Add the fresh orange juice, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey. Leave in fridge overnight. Top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
