Caramel Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Am I the only one who is not the same person without their morning coffee? 🙋🏼‍♀️ Fall is my favorite time to get really creative with festive beverages! My favorite lately has been my Caramel Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. It is SO good, and so easy to make - under five minutes! I drink cold brew all year round, and this cold brew is perfect for this fall.

All you need is heavy cream and pumpkin pie mix to make the pumpkin cream, and your favorite cold brew coffee! I prefer mine iced and sprinkled with pumpkin pie spice.

Caramel Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin pie mix

  • your favorite cold brew coffee

  • ice

  • pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add heavy cream and pumpkin to a cold bowl, and whip.

  2. Add ice to a tall glass.

  3. Pour cold brew 3/4 of the way. If using a cold brew concentrate, combine both concentrate and water to 3/4 of a glass.

  4. Top with cream and pumpkin pie spice!
