Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats

They always say doing things the night before will make for a better morning… I’m not sure who “they” are, but I’m sure they were talking about overnight oats (and not packing school lunches) am I right?! 🤪 I started making these chocolate overnight oats recently and they just make my mornings so much better. Get the recipe below!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED…

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon nut butter

1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

¾ cup milk of choice

1 tablespoon (or more 🤤) chocolate chips

small handful of raspberries

small handful of crushed pretzels


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a glass or small bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, nut butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, and your milk of choice. Mix well, and then add chocolate chips.

  2. Put in the fridge overnight, or at least 5-6 hours.

  3. In the morning, microwave for 30 seconds and then add raspberries, pretzels, and more chocolate chips.
