- In a food processor or blender, add pitted dates, maple syrup, oats, milk, nut butter, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, protein powder, and salt. Blend until desired consistency.
- Place in the fridge or freezer to chill, about 10 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, and top with grated chocolate. Enjoy!
Notes
I like to keep these in the freezer for better consistency.
Feel free to make these your own by folding in chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, dried fruit, or nuts prior to cooling!
