- Begin by placing ground meat in a medium bowl, and sprinkle meat with salt pepper. Divide the meat into 12 equal portions. Press each portion into small, 2-3 inch round patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, cook your bacon according to package instructions. Remove the cooked bacon from the pan, and then add onions to the same pan and cook until caramelized. Remove the cooked onions from the pan.
- In the same pan, carefully place each patty into the skillet, leaving some space between each patty. Cook each patty until cooked to your liking and then top each patty with a slice of brie cheese. Cover until cheese has melted.
- Serve cooked patties on slider buns with fig jam, cooked bacon, onion, and arugula. Enjoy!
