How to Stay Organized and Connected at Home

This post was sponsored by the makers of ibi as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central. We were sent a complimentary unit so we could share our real opinions with our readers.

During this time of isolation, it’s more important now than ever to stay connected with each other. Although there are so many uncertainties in the world we live in today, we can be certain that we will get through this together! In order to stay productive during this time at home, Ben and I have decided to create a weekly list of things we want to create or organize in our home. Some weeks are more productive than others, since we are still balancing working full time, online college courses, and oh right - a preschooler! This week, we decided to organize the photos and videos that we have captured together over the last few years.

I was shocked to find that Ben and I had over 30,000 combined photos and videos on our devices! Many of these photos include precious memories of our early dating days, photos of when Aimery was younger, and trips that we have gone on this past year. Going through our photos together allowed us to revisit memories that we haven’t thought of for so long! And now with a baby on the way, I wanted a better way to organize and share the memories that we have created and will in the coming years. One way we organize our memories is by using ibi TM by SanDisk, the smart photo manager that's like our personal cloud!

Ibi is a physical storage device for your home, with 1 TB storage for 250,000+ photos or 100 hours HD videos. We love using ibi to store and organize our photos because it gives us peace of mind knowing that our memories can be easily found, whenever we want them! It was so easy to set up the ibi and backup our photos and videos, from both our phones and computers. There is even an ibi app that allows you to see all of your photos and videos in one place!

Although we post so many of our photos to social media in order to stay connected with our friends, some moments that we create are only meant to be shared with our inner circle. We love that ibi allows us to not only organize our photos, but also share them with our closest friends and family. Both Ben and I are able to store our content separately, while having the opportunity to share content together by adding photos to the “inner circle” portion of the app. It’s a great way for us to stay connected, whether we are creating memories together or apart!
