JALAPENO PIGS IN A BLANKET

What you’ll need…

  • 1 Package of Johnsonville Beef Brats

  • 1 Package of Crescent Rolls

  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese

  • 4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start by preheating oven to 375°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Unroll crescent roll sheet on parchment paper and tear where perforated. Cut each triangle into three smaller (long) triangles using a pizza cutter.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and cheddar cheese.

  4. Cut jalapeno peppers into thin slices and remove seeds. Next, slice each Beef Brats into fourths. One at a time, Take the previously cut crescent roll and place one jalapeño slice on the thinner side of the triangle with a teaspoon of the cheese mixture. Place Beef Brat on top of jalapeno and cheese mixture before rolling up.

  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes
