Jalapeño Popper Turkey Sliders
I love finding easy summertime meal ideas that our whole family enjoys! We have been making these Jalapeño Popper Turkey Sliders all summer long, and they make for a quick meal after a day of swimming. They take less then 30 minutes to make and taste great leftover. Jalapeno Popper Turkey Sliders
What you’ll need…
1 package Hawaiian rolls
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. deli turkey
6 large deli slices pepper jack cheese
6 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 jalapeño, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by preheating oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9X13 pan by greasing with oil.
Begin by separating the rolls, slicing in half, and adding bottom half of rolls to greased pan. Then, spread each roll with softened cream cheese.
Add turkey, cheese, bacon, chopped jalapeños, and top half of rolls.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and spices. Pour melted butter mixture over sandwiches in pan. Top with panko bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
