Mental Health Awareness Month Resources
May is National Mental Health Awareness month. Instead of just encouraging others to seek help this month, I’ve decided to put together a list of a variety of resources and links that take you directly to wherever you need to go. Sometimes, finding reliable websites can be tricky. This list makes it easier than ever to find a helping hand. The 2021 Mental Health Awareness theme is “You Are Not Alone”, so remember to reach out, find a safe space, and talk about what you’re going through because you never know who else is struggling, too.
