One Pan Salmon and Roasted Veggies

What you’ll need -

2 salmon filets
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon herb blend
1 pound little or red potatoes, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound asparagus, ends trimmed
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions -

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.

  2. Place salmon on same sheet pan and top with butter, herb blend, salt, and pepper. Add asparagus to same pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until asparagus and potatoes are fork-tender and salmon is cooked through.
