Passion Fruit Pineapple Margarita

It’s national tequila day and I’ve have been loving this passion fruit pineapple margarita since moving out west!! It’s my favorite tropical cocktail made with Calirosa Tequila - like rosé but better! Keep reading for the recipe!!

what you’ll need —
½ cup passion fruit
½ cup pineapple
mint leaves
1 oz lime juice
1.5 oz Calirosa Tequila
1 oz cointreau
.5 oz agave


Instructions —

  1. Begin by adding chopped passion fruit and pineapple into a cocktail shaker with mint leaves and lime juice. Muddle until fruit is juiced well.

  2. Add tequila, cointreau, and agave to the cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake well for 15-30 seconds.

  3. Strain the margarita mix into a chilled glass with ice.
