HOW TO MAKE Roasted Root Vegetables with Whipped Feta?
To make these roasted root vegetables, simply roast your carrots, parsnip, beet, and turnip on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, and pepper. While roasting, make your whipped maple feta by blending feta cheese, cream cheese, and maple syrup and then spread onto serving plate. Add roasted vegetables and top with honey, walnuts, and fresh thyme!
