I’m so excited to share my new favorite pasta sauce! We love making this sauce with our spaghetti and meatballs on weeknights because it only takes a few minutes to make! I’ve even found a way to sneak extra veggies without Aimery knowing. 😉Any way to sneak more vegetables into your toddlers diet, am I right?! Here's the recipe 👇🏻

SPAGHETTI + MEATBALLS WITH VEGGIE MARINARA
Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can 3-Bean Salad (I used READ Salads)

  • 1 (24 ounce) jar of marinara

  • 1 dozen frozen or pre-made meatballs

  • cooked pasta

Instructions

Pulse 3-Bean Salad in a food processor until beans are chopped or to desired consistency. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add bean salad and 1 jar of marinara sauce to pan, stirring to combine. Add frozen, cooked Italian-style meatballs (thawed) to sauce; simmer 10 minutes or until meatballs are warmed through. Serve with cooked pasta. Enjoy!
