Spinach Artichoke Bagel Melts
I have been making these Spinach Artichoke Bagel Melts as a quick lunch option this month! You guys, they are SO good! They are great to eat any time of day, or even for a party appetizer. Keep reading for the recipe!
All you need are your favorite bagels (we use Thomas Bagel Thins), spinach artichoke dip (Sam’s club makes the BEST), mozzarella cheese, and parsley.
Spinach + Artichoke Bagel Melts
Ingredients:
Bagel Thins
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Mozzarella Cheese
Parsley (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Lay the bagel slices out on a baking sheet
Spread each slice with about 1/4 cup of the spinach artichoke dip.
Bake them for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
To brown the cheese, put them under the broiler for an additional minute.
