Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your pumpkin cold foam by adding heavy cream, creamer, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Use a milk frother or whisk to combine, until cold foam is thick and frothy.
  2. Add gin, khalua, and espresso to a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake for 1-2 minutes, until chilled and foamy.
  3. Pour martini in a chilled cocktail glass, then pour pumpkin cold foam over top with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
