Wow, talk about a crazy year! Aimery started preschool this last fall and we were finally getting into a decent routine when winter break came out of no where, and it was downhill from there! LOL, how many other of you moms feel this way?
Read MoreIt’s normal for most kids to start experiencing anxiety when they are preschool aged. For Aimery, his anxiety often comes out in being overwhelmed when he is over-stimulated, in crowds of people, or has been away from home for too long. I have really been working with him over the last month to understand when he is feeling anxious, and give him healthy ways to calm his anxiety.

Read MoreSome of my favorite childhood moments were those spent at the lake. Growing up, my family always went to Deep Creek Lake with our family and friends for a week out of the summer. I'm SO excited though, because my parents decided to book a lake house for a week this August. Aimery will finally be able to have the same experiences that I did when I was younger, and I'm really looking forward to experiencing Deep Creek Lake with him.
