I have been practicing yoga on and off for about five years. I go through seasons of my life where I practice more than others, due to the current high demands in my work and home environment. During this time at home, I have been working on finding more ways to stay disciplined practicing yoga on a daily basis. Yoga allows me to feel more centered and at peace with my life and the decisions I make. Yoga combined with meditation, positive parenting, and overall wellness have made a large impact in my life, and I would encourage everyone to try it out for themselves!
