Since this is our first year as a married couple in our new home, Ben and I are excited to host our first ever holiday party! We are looking forward to inviting our close friends and family to our home and share some of our favorite recipes. Growing up, my parents would always request their friends to bring their favorite holiday dish or desert to our holiday parties, and that is something I would like to continue in our own home! Read MoreWhen Aimery started going back to school this year, I noticed that he was a lot more tired in the evenings and could no longer make it to his 9PM bedtime. This is the first year that Aimery is in all day care, and his preschool only has one hour naps, which has been an adjustment for Aimery’s sleep schedule. He normally takes three hour naps at home - our kid loves to sleep! Since his nap time was cut in half, he needed to start getting ready for bed earlier. We have found that having bedtime routines work really well for our family! Aimery has started to really enjoy having time devoted to him in the evenings to relax and wind down before he goes to sleep. Here are three bedtime routines we practice on school nights!
